FAQ

  • CUSTOM ORDERS: On any item that has options (a drop down menu) can be customized. If you don’t see exactly what you’re looking for, or maybe you want to combine two designs, please email me @ paige@copperstatecowgirl.com with your idea! Custom orders can take up to 5 weeks, so please allow for plenty of time for those. You can always ask, before placing your order, what the estimated time will be just to be sure. Although I don’t have any sterling pieces (except the rings) listed, it is always an option if you have sensitive skin.
  • SHIPPING: Shipping on ready to go items is 1-5 days and custom orders can be up to 5 weeks. Shipping is a flat $4.95 and includes a tracking number. Please ask for your tracking number.
  • RETURNS/REFUNDS: There are no returns/refunds.
  • ISSUES: If, for example, your necklace breaks, a rhinestone falls off in shipping, or the copper cuffs start to turn your wrist green, or something starts to tarnish, send your item to: Copper State Cowgirl 11835 E Reksom Rd. Florence, AZ 85132 with a note of what the issue is and I’ll fix and have it returned to SPECIFIED address within 4 weeks.
  • DONATIONS: I love to donate items to charity, but can’t do them all. I prefer to donate locally for auctions and raffles, but have given to organizations in Texas, Nebraska, Utah and Idaho. If you are looking for donations, please email paige@copperstatecowgirl.com with your organization or benefit and what you are looking for.
